At LYONA Incredible Cakes, we have married Lionel’s 15 years of experience in exquisite cake making as a French Chef Patissier with Serena’s 15 years in luxury product design and high-end customer service - and we think what we have created together is pretty special.
We met in Geneva - known for one of the most popular exports from Switzerland, chocolate - and we quickly realized we had one passion in common: Cakes. And pastries. And cupcakes. Okay, anything sweet, really. Lionel had already turned this passion into a long and successful career as a pastry chef. Serena, during her international career in luxury and beauty, had sampled the products of some of the best restaurants in Europe and she was full of ideas for her own creations.
LYONA Incredible Cakes unites Lionel’s cake artistry with Serena’s eye for detail and mastery of luxury experiences together with the pleasure we both feel when we see the reaction of adults and children alike as they are surprised by the look - and taste - of our incredible cakes.
